Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the BeYou app and getbeyou.app (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to it.

1. Data stored on your device

Content you create in the app and preferences you choose are stored on your device and are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them from the device.

2. Data we process

Purchases: a random identifier, purchase and subscription details, technical data needed to process them (such as device type, OS version, country and IP address), and information you choose to give in the app about how you found the Service. Payment is processed by Apple; we don't receive payment details. Website: technical data such as IP address and browsing data, to operate the site and measure its use.

3. Purposes

Providing and operating the Service, validating and managing purchases, support, analyzing and improving the Service, security and abuse prevention, and complying with the law and protecting our rights.

4. Disclosure

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (such as hosting and subscription management), who are bound to protect it and use it only to provide their services to us; with Apple under its terms; where required by law; or in a merger, acquisition or transfer of the Service. Service providers may process data outside Israel, including in the United States.

5. Retention and security

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, as provided by applicable law: privacy@getbeyou.app.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The updated version applies from the day it's posted on this page.
