Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to the BeYou app and getbeyou.app (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them and the Privacy Policy; if you don't, you may not use the Service. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard EULA, and these terms apply in addition to it.

2. Age

The Service is for ages 13 and up. Users under 18 may use it and make purchases only with a parent's or guardian's consent.

3. Not professional advice

The Service is for inspiration and general well-being only. It is not medical, mental-health or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, is not a substitute for a professional, and is not for emergencies. We don't promise any result, and any reliance on the content is at your own risk. In an emergency in Israel, call 101. ERAN emotional first aid: 1201.

4. Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple under its terms, including auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds. We may change the Service's and BeYou Plus's content, features and prices, and end offers, subject to law.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service and its content are reserved by us or our licensors. You get a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may share cards from the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Prohibited use and user content

Don't use the Service unlawfully, copy or distribute its content, circumvent purchase mechanisms or limits, reverse-engineer it, or harm it. You are solely responsible for content you create or share.

7. Third-party services

The Service may work with third-party services (such as Apple and apps you share to). We aren't responsible for them, and their terms govern your use of them.

8. Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service, and limit or end your access if you breach these terms, at any time and without liability to you, subject to law.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including emotional harm, loss of data or lost profits, arising from the Service or its use. Our total liability for any cause will not exceed what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event, or ILS 100 if you paid nothing.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us for any damage, loss or expense, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the Service in violation of them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed solely by Israeli law. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. General

We may update these terms; the updated version applies from the day it's posted, and continued use means you accept it. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver. We may assign our rights under these terms. Nothing here limits rights that can't be waived by law. Contact: hello@getbeyou.app.
